Ya, I'm kinda excited about the lower hours, less stress & learning something new - not the document service (as I do lots of that now) but the business end...

27 shifts / 18 minutes left - once again, not that I'm counting !!!

Hey Dougie - I just want to make it the next 27 shifts without having to use that "piece" !!! But I think I will pack some pepperspray - you know, just in case I come face to face with a bear / or a deadbeat dad / or an angry husband going thru a divorce and is not too fond of lawyers (or those serving documents for said lawyers) !!! But of course, legally, I will carry it just in case of a bear or dog attack !!!

I think that even Potsy could get "dates" with that truck !!!!! And for those of us that were at Cabo's Pre Derby BBQ two years ago, we all know what "date" mean !!!

I hope that everyone is out enjoying the weather... Too hot in BC as just about everywhere has fire bans for all campfires - what fun is camping without a fire ????

I haven't been out fishing either Dougie, but the salmon are showing up in the rivers, so anytime now...

As for work - October 20th will be my last official shift... And with approx 1 month of vacation time to burn off, that only leaves 25 shifts (288 hours) left...

So, hope yaáll are out there having fun on the Long Weekend and playing safe !!!

Cool

Best one I have heard in a while:

Line of the week comes from a press box wag who offered this up in the wake of the Riders getting nailed for another too-many-men penalty in last week's OT victory.

'Hint for the Riders: take a 12-pack of Pilsner into each huddle. If you don't get a beer, get the hell off the field!'"
